CONDITIONS OF USE
Orders will be made on the web (You can order without account)
Orders are processed once the payment is confirmed.
Not paid orders will be cancelled in 3 days.
No cancelation is allowed after 7 days from payment. Any cancellation cost will be charged to the customer.
The size chart is for guidance purposes only. Talamasca sends the size ordered by the customer.
- Pendent: Order has been received. Expecting payment.
- Process: Order is paid.
- Completing: Waiting non stocked items.
- Ready to send: The rodeos is complete and ready to be sent.
- Sent: The order has been sent.
- Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
Prices on sale period are not applied out from these periods.
Orders on sale period are payables still 3 days after.
Talamasca is not responsible for prices provided by search or comparison engines.
Prices include VAT in the territories inside the European Union which are subject to VAT. Price are taxes excluded outside these territories.
Talamasca is not responsible for taxes charged on destination territories.
Talamasca is not responsible of orders made by a group, but with the customer who made the order.
Making the order the user accepts the condition of use.
We sell only original items from the manufacturers .
Images showed in the site are property from the manufacturers and they are used with permission.
Items description are provided by manufacturers and may have mistakes (size, fabrics, colours...)
Branded items are official and/or licensed to manufacturers.
Changed prices don't affect existing orders.
Items can be out of stock in our warehouse ore in the store. User knows that when ordering.

Payment can be done in any currency used in the web . (Euros, US Dollar, UK Pound)
Bank transfer comissions must be paid by the customer. Any comission charged in the Talamasca side will be discounted from the payment.
Orders with a destination in Spain or Andorra are charged with 8€ shipping costs. Order over 199€ have no shipping cost in Spain or Andorra.
Shipping costs for the rest of territories are 25€. Orders over 299€ have no shipping costs.
Shipping is made by spanish postage service Correos (www.correos.es) or by Nacex (www.nacex.es) at Talamasca disposition. Orders are sent in 6 weeks maximum from payment.
Most orders are sent in time, but, sometimes, any delay may occur. Delayed shipping is notified in the order status page.
Talamasca will notify the customer about items in the order becoming unavailable or discontinued. The customer would choose to wait, change or cancel the item (Extra shipping may cause an extra fee in international orders).
If you've received a shipping confirmation, perhaps the mailman has not find the address, or anyone in the delivery address, or an incident has happen. Contact us o Correos (www.correos.es)
Of you receive a defective or broken item send us a photo immediately. Talamasca will send a new one as soon as possible.
Orders not delivered by mistakes in the shipping address given by customer o not picked from the postage office will bring a new shipping costs fee to the customer. The order wouldn't be cancelleled at this time as the cancellation period expires throughout the freight.
PICK UP IN THE SHOWROOM
An appointment must be schedule before coming to the showroom.
Customers must identify themselves (ID Card, passport) to pick up the orders in the showroom.
Customers must send an e-mail in case they want a third person to pick up the order. The e-mail must be send to email@example.com including:
The e-mail must be sent from the e-mail account used to do the order.
- Order number.
- Complete name from the person who will pick the order.
- ID type (ID Card, passport).
- ID identifier number or code.
CHANGES AND RETURNS
Items can be changed or returned in 7 days from delivery date. Shipping costs may be paid by customer except if there is a mistake from Talamasca. Cash on delivery shipping is not allowed for returns or changes. Talamasca will pay the shooing costs in case of mistake if customer send it with its official postage service. Parcels must be certified.
Items that are defectives must be reported to Talamasca in the 48 hours afters the item is received.
No cancelation is allowed after 7 days from payment.
When a customer cancels an order Talamasca wilier refund payment in a 30 days period as la indicates. Refund will be made with the same payment option (Except PayPal over 60 days refunding. International transfer rates will be paid by customer.
Make-up items can not be returned.
Returns without the original packaging will not be accepted.
As Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999 establish, we inform to our customers ha all data given by users will be stored in an automated file.
The file is registered in the Data Protection Spanish Agency (www.agpd.es)
